Christian ministry is one of the only jobs in the world that requires healthy marriage and family relationships as a qualification for employment. Our first priority is to help individuals and couples in full time Christian service.
• When men and women within ministry fail in their core relationships, they often lose their ministry positions as well. This creates a tremendous loss to the people whom they are leading within the local church or organization, with hundreds and thousands of people being adversely affected.• Many leaders default to silent solitude when it comes to addressing their personal challenges. The fear of disclosure can be paralyzing. Christian leaders are often emotionally distressed and have no place to take their emotional pain.
• Most Christian leaders try to convince themselves that their emotional pain must be spiritual and can be solved by developing their spiritual disciplines. Many people are surprised to hear that healthy relationship skills don’t automatically materialize in mature Believers. For pastors and missionaries, their desperation keeps them from seeking help.

• We are dedicated to equipping Christian leaders with the knowledge and relational skills necessary to foster nurturing and loving relationships with the Lord and with others. We offer Pastoral guidance through different seasons of life by teaching, training, counseling and consulting.
• Our goal is to rescue and restore current leaders who are in danger and distress. We help leaders learn how to recognize their areas of vulnerability, and to equip a generation of future leaders who will become relationship builders themselves, for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
